In this course, you will be taught the important Regulations and statutes pertaining to Custom Laws in India. The Customs Act of 1962, and various Rules and Regulations set therein, some of which are - the Public Warehouse Licensing Regulation 2016, Special Warehouse Licensing Regulation 2016, Deferred Payment of Import Duty Rules 2016, along with Customs Brokers Licensing Regulation 2018, that regulate the Licensing of Custom Brokers in India, all this will be dealt with extensively. Important Regulations and definitions will be taught in-depth, and must be kept in mind as the Legal Aspect on common parlance is elucidated upon. As it is important to read these Regulations, you will be taught how to do so effectively and efficiently.
Assessment and Certification Conditions
Conditions for Assessment and Certification
The Assessment can be submitted through the submission link only 30 days after enrolment.
The student needs to score a minimum of 40% to clear the assessment and get Certification.
Students who do not clear the assessment can avail a second attempt 15 days after the first attempt.
If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the student needs to pay an Assessment fee of Rs.500 for subsequent attempts with a 15-day interval between each attempt.
It is mandatory for the student to clear the Assessment in order to avail the Certification for the SCA Course.
Any malpractices or discrepancies in the submitted Power BI files will lead to debarment and ineligibility for Certification or further courses.
